Availability: Orders placed on this website are only available within South Africa.
Order Confirmation: A confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure you include a valid contact number with your order.
Payment: Goods will only be dispatched once full payment has been received in our account.
Stock Availability: All products are subject to availability. In rare cases of overselling, customers will be refunded within 14 working days.
Cancellations: Orders cancelled by the customer will incur a 10% administration fee.
Handling & Dispatch: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days depending on dispatch load. Orders placed before 11am (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Communication: Customers will be notified via email of any delays in their order.
Accuracy of Information: To avoid delays, please ensure all personal details provided are accurate and valid.
2. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Eligibility:
- Returns and/or exchanges are accepted within 7 working days of delivery. - Items must be unused, in original condition, and in undamaged packaging. - Clearance and sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Customer-Initiated Returns/Exchanges:
Exchanges: Customer is responsible for a courier fee of R150.00. Returns: Customer is responsible for a courier fee of R90.00.
All returns/exchanges are shipped via economy courier services.
If the incorrect product is dispatched, we will cover the courier costs. The item must be resealed and relabeled in the original courier packaging for collection. Please ensure you obtain a proof of collection from the courier.
Refunds:
