1. Shipping & Delivery

Coverage: Shipping only within South Africa using leading courier companies.
Delivery Charges:
Orders over R600: Free delivery (first attempt). Additional attempts will incur a cost to the customer.
Orders under R600: R90 delivery charge.
Delivery Windows:
Orders before 11am (Mon–Fri):
Local: 2–3 working days
Regional: 3–5 working days
Orders after 11am (Mon–Fri):
Local: 3–4 working days
Regional: 4–6 working days
Important Notes:
Deliveries are hand-to-hand; P.O. Boxes are not accepted.
Ensure someone is present to sign for the order.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery details may result in additional courier fees.
If delivery fails after two attempts, orders will be returned, and refunds issued minus delivery costs and a 10% administration fee.
Lost or Delayed Orders:
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., “Acts of God,” courier errors).
Lost items: Customers may request replacement or refund of the purchase price.

All transactions are in South African Rands (ZAR).
Total price includes product cost, VAT, and delivery charges.
Payment methods: Credit Card, Debit Card.

Prices may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable, refunds will be issued immediately.
